Rave Party Toys Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is the number one priority at Rave Party Toys. Our
goal is to provide our customers with the best quality products and
service possible. We will be more than happy to accept returns
within
14 days after merchandise is received.
Rarely Items are defective, we make every effort to package Items
carefully and test products before sending. Occasionally an item may
slip by us or could become defective in the shipping process.
If the product received is defective or is not the correct item in the
order, please send it back using the following steps below. Once
we receive the merchandise, we will either credit back your account or
replace the product. If
item ordered is defective or is
the incorrect item, when you receive it, Rave Party Toys will reimburse
you for shipping. Defective items may be exchanged for the exact same
size, color, and style item only. You are responsible for any
shipping fees on all other returns.
If the item does not meet your expectations or you have changed your
mind on an item you may return it within 14 days for a refund or
exchange providing the following criteria is met.
In order to return products for a refund or replacement the following
steps must be taken:
1. Please email us at customer service@ravepartytoys.com. We
will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
2. Include original sales receipt and contact information
when returning a package.
4. Package item to protect it from shipping damage
5. If upon inspection the
returned item is not in new condition
with all
original packaging and accessories the item will be rejected and
sent back to the customer.

Many of our products come in individual packaging or boxes. The boxes
are inspected and taped closed. When ordering multiple, of the same
product you may break the seal on one
product to inspect and try out, to see if the products will work for
your event. We will not except returns for opened products beyond the
one for inspection. We have had to create
this policy due to some who have ordered products and used them for
their event and then return them for a refund. This is costly for us as
we are unable to get credit for them from our supplier.
7.. Shipping is a cost incurred, on the original order and therefore
cannot be refunded. Unless Product is defective or a mistake on our
part.
